Two elements of love

There are two elements for best love life
First one is I find you are appeal to me and I am willing to like you more.
Secondly,I got to be ready for either you love me back or pull me down.
while,how to get ready?the following conditions have to be meet:
Steady income
Active attitude
Exercise daily
that's all I can think this moment.

For me, the first one shall be finding us appeal to each other and I'm not worried about to be dumped one day.
