明年所有视频网站实行准入制 必须国资控股 ..太有才了= =

网上五花八门的视频节目将正式被纳入严格监管，并实行行业准入制度。从2008年1月31日开始，所有在网上提供视频服务的公司，都必须取得上岗许可证，同时必须是国有独资或者被国资控股的公司。

昨天，国家广电总局和信息产业部的官方网站上同时挂出公告，联合发布了《互联网视听节目服务管理规定》。

记者了解到，目前在网上从事互联网视听服务的，多半是由风险投资介入的民营公司，这其中包括所有知名的门户网站、搜索公司和更多的视频分享网站，他们似乎都没有达到“国资控股”的要求。

“我们从来没有面临过这么严格的规定。”一位视频网站的负责人告诉记者，他同时表示，从业者们在期待着，新规定会给出稍微宽松些的补充条款，“不可能一竿子打掉那么多网站”。(责任编辑：马俊凤)

清晰的 缺点是需要装控件
